Custodial and Pest Control Inspector

Job Purpose

Custodial & pest control inspector is responsible for supervising the Custodial & pest control and inspection activities across all terminals and outside facilities, ensuring the facilities and terminals are operating effectively in line with the custodial Standards and Dammam Airports Company's Operational Plan.

Duties and Responsibility

• Assist the custodial and pest control manager in monitoring the operational performance of the department against the approved targets and KPIs.
• Assist the custodial and pest control manager in developing the departmental budget and monitoring the financial performance of the department against the approved budget.
• Manage and maintain strong business partnerships with key stakeholders across Dammam Airports Company and contribute to instilling a culture of trust and transparency with internal stakeholders, enabling smooth and constructive business interactions.
• Perform planned and unplanned building inspections to the airport terminals and initiate Work Request if required based on the inspection results.
• Review and inspection activities conducted by Contractors and Service Providers and ensure compliance to agreed activities, SHE and Security requirements and standards in coordination with the Safety & Quality Assurance and Security functions.
   
• Ensure that utilities' equipment, tools, materials, and work areas are in a safe, clean, and orderly condition as per the SHE standards.
• Identify and diagnose problems and employ investigative techniques and analysis to arrive at effective solutions to these problems.
• Assess work assignments, determine, and consumables necessary for task completion.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc will be assigned as per work requirement.

   

• Minimum & Desired Job Requirement

• Minimum of 4 years of experience for a high Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years for BACHELOR’S Degree
