HR Excellence

Job Purpose

The HR Excellence Staff is responsible for providing support to the HR Center of Excellence Director in terms of requests regarding organization structures, restructuring, job analyses, job descriptions, and policy & procedure.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyses organization structure on a high level and departmental level and provide recommendations accordingly.
• Maintain and update functional statements for all departments to ensure alignment with organizational structure.
• Analyses and develop job descriptions and adjust when necessary.
• Maintain HR Policies & Procedures and ensure consistency with DACO’s values and visions.
• Maintain the job evaluation on unique positions, and perform job slotting, to ensure the correct mapping of positions to the job grading scale structure.
• Reviews and updates of the organization structure to ensure the Dammam Airports Company’s organization structure remains fit for purpose.
   
• Controls employee movement throughout departments as per policy.
• Maintain compensation and benefits structures to facilitate the attraction, retention and motivation of staff and ensure that DACO in a competitive position in the Dammam Airports Company.
• Maintain develops, implements, and communicates DACO compensation and performance management policies programs & processes to attract, retain and motivate the staff to perform at the highest level and to ensure competitive positioning in the Dammam Airports Company.
• Complies with All DACO Policies & Procedures including Safety and reporting hazards.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc will be assigned as per work requirement.
