. Job Purpose
Manage and ensure the implementation of IT governance frameworks and policies, oversee audits, address compliance issues, and promote a culture of governance and compliance within the organization.

Team Leadership and Development
11. Provide guidance and mentorship to the IT governance and quality team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the IT department. 12. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the IT governance and quality team, ensuring they are well-versed in the latest governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and quality management practices. 13. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support team members to achieve their objectives, ensuring alignment with IT governance and quality goals.
Financial Management
14. Control the IT governance and quality unit’s budget by monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and making necessary adjustments to ensure financial accountability and resource optimization. 15. Prepare budget reports for senior management review, providing insights and recommendations for financial planning related to IT governance and quality initiatives.
Compliance and Best Practices
16. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT governance and quality management, maintaining adherence to established frameworks and protocols. 17. Implement best practices in IT governance and quality operations to ensure effective management of IT policies, processes, and performance standards. 18. Stay updated on trends and external factors related to IT governance and quality, providing relevant information and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

19. Drive innovation in IT governance and quality practices through the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices, enhancing overall effectiveness and efficiency. 20. Continuously assess and improve IT governance and quality processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. 21. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the IT governance and quality team by actively seeking feedback, implementing innovative ideas, and fostering an environment of ongoing enhancement.
