Job Purpose
Develop, implement, and oversee performance management frameworks and systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, continuous performance improvement, and effective communication of performance insights to senior management.
Position Accountability Description
1. Develop detailed key performance indicators (KPIs) for DACO and its departments, ensuring they are aligned with overall strategies, initiatives, and long-term objectives to drive organizational success.
2. Establish comprehensive performance goals and balanced scorecards for DACO and its departments, ensuring they are effectively cascaded and consistent with the strategic objectives of the organization.
3. Create a robust strategy performance framework that links the achievement of strategic objectives to KPI scorecards across all departments, promoting accountability and performance alignment.
4. Collect, review, and validate performance data from various departments rigorously to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the information provided.
5. Develop and implement efficient systems and processes for the regular collection and reporting of performance data, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
6. Conduct day-to-day performance monitoring, measurement, and analysis to continuously assess and enhance corporate performance, identifying areas for improvement and action.
7. Prepare regular and detailed performance reports for the Board of Directors, CEO, and Executives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for strategic improvement.
8. Organize and present performance data in clear and concise meetings and presentations for senior management, ensuring effective communication of performance status, goals, and trends.
