Job Purpose
Ensure the successful planning, design, and execution of technical projects by providing comprehensive technical support, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements.
Position Accountability Description
Operational Excellence
1. Assist in ensuring that all designs are detailed comprehensively based on project goals, specific requirements, and extensive feasibility assessments.
2. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams including engineering, design development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
3. Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and partners to address technical queries and resolve compliance.
4. Handle technical documentation including specifications, manuals, and reports, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
5. Perform technical assessments, audits and inspection to maintain and improve work quality standards.
6. Support the development and submission of technical data and documents required for regulatory approvals, certifications, and audits
7. Assist in the meticulous evaluation of potential sites and the preparation of detailed and comprehensive proposals for site allocation.
8. Conduct detailed technical reviews of design submissions, preparing well-documented and insightful approval recommendations.
9. Ensure strict technical compliance with all relevant regulatory standards in coordination with various project teams and stakeholders.
10. Develop and maintain technical documentation standards for project designs and assessments to ensure consistency and clarity.
11. Develop and enforce best practices for technical assessments and project evaluations, ensuring high- quality and reliable outcomes.
Asset Lifecycle Planning & Risk Management:
12. Collaborate in identifying and assessing risks related to asset performance and technical compliance, supporting risk management strategies.
13. Contribute to the development of lifecycle management plans and strategies for assets to ensure long- term effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
14. Work closely with various project teams to align technical requirements and compliance with project goals and standards.
15. Liaise with external consultants and vendors to gather technical input and ensure alignment with project specifications.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
16. Implement and monitor process improvements by analyzing current practices, identifying inefficiencies, and applying best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
17. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback, implementing ideas for enhancement, and driving innovation in technical affairs practices through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Team Collaboration and Continuous Learning:
18. Work collaboratively with team members by sharing knowledge, providing support, and actively participating in team activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
