VP Commercial

Duties and responsibilities:

• Direct the implementation of the DACO Commercial Strategy: i) Capture potential in future passenger demand; ii) Seize retail opportunity; iii) Realize parking potential; iv) Capture potential in cargo and logistics; v) Develop real estate business.
• Drive Commercial revenue streams (aeronautical, property, retail, commercial concessions, parking & transportation, products).
• Bring a strong commercial perspective to decisions on the DACO Executive Team.
• Direct and mage revenue opportunities & obstacles to growing commercial revenue.
• Develop the Commercial unit as a high-performance team.
• Direct the development of strategies to maximize revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
• Direct DACO’s enablement priorities to facilitate commercial strategy: passenger experience, infrastructure, operating model, digital transformation.
• Drive a culture of innovation and best practice through an empowered team, delivering above expected income through the business streams.
• Be a high-profile ambassador for DACO through industry forums.
• Build strong industry relationships with future potential business partners.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of potential commercial opportunities across the income streams, within the overall DACO strategy.
• Create added value for DACO by identifying future business models and implementing the changes necessary to deliver incremental revenues.
• Ensure the alignment of the commercial strategy and passenger experience strategy at all contact points and through the entire commercial process and that it is embedded through the commercial team.
• Complies with All DACO Policies & Procedures including Safety and reporting hazards.
• Performs all other duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
• Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 15 years of work experience.
