These sessions will emphasize the importance of following all operational procedures in line with the latest airport licensing standards and regulatory expectations
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, inspections, and audits, ensuring documentation is accurate and readily available for regulatory review, particularly in preparation for GACA audits and airport license renewals. Ensure that all airport documentation, including operational manuals, safety protocols, and CAP (Corrective Action Plans), are regularly reviewed and updated in compliance with GACA requirements.
- Conduct detailed reviews of operational procedures to ensure that aerodrome operations are running smoothly and according to the latest GACA regulations. Ensure that all aspects of airport operations, including ground handling, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance, align with the standards required for continuous airport licensing and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in managing the issuance and renewal of driving and operational licenses for employees working in the airside, ensuring all personnel are certified and compliant with GACA regulations for safe operations on the airfield.
Facility Inspections:
- Inspect aerodrome facilities and operations regularly to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Document findings and report any discrepancies or concerns to the compliance management team for timely resolution.
Assessments and Investigations:
- Analyze data from safety audits and risk assessments to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders for enhancing safety practices and mitigating potential risks.
- Conduct thorough investigations into compliance breaches and safety incidents by gathering information and documenting findings.
- Develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence and enhance compliance.
