Aeronautical Concessions Team

2. Job Purpose 

Responsible for ensuring the success of the Airport’s Concessions program by supporting all aspects of Airport’s Concessions program, from evaluating new concessionaire proposals to monitoring existing contracts and ensuring compliance. 

3. Position Accountability Description 

Operational Excellence 

1. Monitor performance of aeronautical concessionaires to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, operational standards, and service levels, identifying areas for improvement. 

1. Conduct audits and inspections of concessionaire operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, safety, security, and quality standards. 

1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote aeronautical concession services, aiming to enhance passenger experience and increase revenue. 

1. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure concession operations align with airport-wide activities and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
