Failure Elimination Engineer

Job Description:

• Initiating Failure Analysis Process (Investigation/RCA) 
• Conduct RCA & Up-date RCA system and report all actions related to all Company’s investigations.
• Consolidate and Report RCA Study and RCA Recommendation Status to all stakeholders.
• Follow-up and report RCA Recommendation Implementation.
• Monthly Report status of RCA Study completed and RCA recommendation Implementation.
• Share RCA Lesson Learn with site and develop all DACO’s employee about the process.
• Establish Failure analysis process and procedure along with all formats and templates and deploy them with the right change management process in the company.

Qualifications 

• Minimum Experience is 5 years in RCA/Failure analysis function.
• Expert in negotiation and investigation and team management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering

• Communication: Both oral and written communication skills are necessary to explain technical findings and solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team, often with cross-functional groups.
• Leadership: Leading projects and guiding teams towards successful outcomes.
