Fire Operation Duty

·   Oversee the FRS daily fire operations to ensure operational readiness for Fire, Rescue, Hazmat, Medical Emergencies by maintaining the required training, communication, and maintenance management as per GACA regulation, NFPA standard and ICAO standard.

·   Coordinate with DACO’s FRS Operation manager to maintain the required budget and strategic goals/objectives/KPIs

·   Ensure overall Fire & Rescue duty operations in KFIA to maintain the required level of fire protection as per GACAR 139 and ICAO standards.

·   Coordinate with DACO’s departments in KFIA regarding Fire service operations to maintain the fire safety and fire protection level across all KFIA Areas.

·    Ensure fire and rescue services comply with GACA regulations in DACO’s KFIA airport.

·    Performs other related duties as assigned, and any additional task will be given per work requirement.

·      Supporting of HOF and AQI FRS operations

·    Report for operations and personnel matters to the FRS operation manager.

·   Ensure constant operational readiness to provide immediate response to fire and rescue emergencies in close coordination with other airport operations divisions.

·   Maintain the highest level of vehicles and equipment operational readiness and ensure the constant training and development of fire services staff in accordance withGAGA requirements and related standards.

· Ensure the readiness of providing immediate and coordinated responses to all medical and traumatic emergencies, including the treatment and evaluation of casualties

Follow up the maintenance activities of special response equipment, vehicles, fire stations buildings and communication devices in order to always ensure their readiness.

· Ensure of Implementing and Follow-up the special training programs for the response teams and ensure that they are properly implemented in accordance with the GACA regulation and related standards.

· Ensure the availability of the required materials and equipment for emergencies and ensure that minimum requirements are always met according to GACA regulations and related standards.

·   Ensuring that the airport’s FRS department is equipped with the necessary personnel, equipment, and resources to respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently based on GACA and NFPA requirements.

• Develop and implement emergency response plans, SOPs, conduct training programs for FRS staff, and coordinate with other airport departments and local emergency response agencies to ensure effective emergency response and communications aligned with FRS Operation Manager directions.
