Job Purpose
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that attract airlines, increase passenger traffic, and enhance non-aeronautical revenue streams through effective promotion and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Position Accountability Description
Operational Excellence
1. Execute detailed marketing strategies aimed at attracting new airlines and increasing the number of routes serviced by the airport.
2. Perform extensive market research to identify and analyze emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in both aeronautical and non-aeronautical sectors.
3. Create and implement effective promotional campaigns tailored to enhance passenger traffic, emphasizing the airport's unique advantages and services.
4. Gather and analyze passenger data and feedback to refine marketing strategies, enhance passenger experience, and address any areas for improvement.
5. Implement strategies to boost non-aeronautical revenue streams, such as retail, food and beverage, parking, and real estate.
Market Analysis & Strategic Insights
6. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
7. Monitor loyalty programs and initiatives designed to increase passenger retention and reward frequent travelers.
8. Execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and revenue for non-aero services, utilizing various channels and innovative approaches.
9. Identify and pursue opportunities for new retail and commercial partnerships within the airport, negotiating terms and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
10.Develop a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, digital content, and other promotional assets to effectively market the airport's services.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
11.Work closely with airline partners to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives that promote both the airport and the airlines, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
12.Ensure close coordination with the airport operations team to align marketing efforts with operational capabilities and enhance overall service delivery.
13.Engage in negotiations with airline representatives to finalize contracts and partnership agreements, focusing on securing new routes and expanding existing services.
14.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, retailers, service providers, and community partners.
15.Organize and represent the airport at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing the airport's offerings and networking with potential partners.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
16.Oversee the airport's social media channels and online presence, engaging with passengers and stakeholders through targeted content and interactive campaigns
17.Promote and market the diverse amenities and services available at the airport to enhance passenger experience and satisfaction.
18.Identify and pursue opportunities for new retail and commercial partnerships within the airport, negotiating terms and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
19.Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
