Passenger Engagement

Develop marketing campaigns to increase passenger awareness of the airport's services, and retail offerings. This might include advertising campaigns, social media engagement, and targeted promotions to enhance the passenger experience.

Market Research
|
Manage the market research project to identify the Airport trends, opportunities and challenges. Use the data to identify passenger demographics, travel patterns and consumer preferences to develop informed marketing strategies, operational decisions and commercial products offering. Explore consumer preferences, needs, and buying behavior through qualitative and quantitative research results. Identify emerging trends and shifts in consumer sentiment to anticipate market changes and inform retail commercial product development and marketing strategies. Segment the market based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors to better understand target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Develop customer personas to represent different segments and guide personalized marketing initiatives.

Commercial Event Planning & management
|
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to execute commercial marketing events promoting the airport to attract passengers, or product launches. Coordinate with tenants, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Digital Marketing
|
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

Content Development
|
Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media content and advertising materials. Ensure content resonates with the target audience and aligns with Airport message.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
|
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
