Job Description

Job Purpose

Design, implement, and monitor organizational behavior initiatives that align with DACO's vision, mission, and values. The role focuses on enhancing workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness through strategic behavioral interventions.

 Position Accountability

Description Cultural Development and Transformation

1. Develop and implement a cultural plan that aligns DACO’s culture with its vision, mission, and values, ensuring that cultural elements support organizational goals and foster a cohesive environment.

2. Support the Transformation and PMO (Strategy) in leading cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and integrating cultural change into broader strategies.

3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate DACO’s cultural objectives, initiatives, and programs, fostering shared understanding and commitment to organizational goals.

4. Create and maintain a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in collaboration with internal functions, highlighting DACO’s strengths to attract and retain top talent.

Employee Engagement and Well-being

5. Manage the employee engagement cycle, including designing surveys, communication campaigns, analyzing results, and planning actions to continuously improve engagement and workplace satisfaction.

6. Analyze engagement surveys to gauge employee satisfaction, commitment, and workplace culture, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

7. Implement feedback mechanisms, such as sessions or surveys, to provide a platform for employee concerns and input, fostering open communication and improvement.

8. Promote well-being through wellness programs, mental health support, and stress management initiatives, enhancing overall employee satisfaction and retention.

9. Organize and facilitate team-building events to foster collaboration, enhance team dynamics, and strengthen workplace relationships.

10. Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and promotes equal opportunities.

Organizational Behavior Analysis and Improvement

11. Conduct organizational behavior assessments to identify areas for improvement, recommend interventions, and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

12. Monitor and evaluate the impact of cultural and behavioral initiatives on organizational performance, adjusting strategies as needed to align with DACO’s goals.

13. Develop and maintain organizational behavior metrics and dashboards to track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to culture and engagement. Stakeholder Management and Communication

14. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of organizational behavior initiatives.

15. Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure alignment of behavioral initiatives with broader organizational strategies.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

16. Stay informed of best practices in organizational behavior and culture management, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance DACO’s workplace culture. Collaboration and Continuous Learning

17. Collaborate with team members by sharing knowledge, providing support, and actively participating in team activities, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
