Safety Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee continuous safety audits of all AlQisumah International Airport operation and non-operational.
Liaise with external shareholders including government ministries, local communities, airlines, MATARAT, GACA, and international regulators on key safety inspection issues.
Lead the analysis of SHE data and reports from AlQisumah International Airport functions, identifying whether a safety investigation is required.
Ensure all safety inspections and necessary investigations are planned and executed in line with national and international safety regulations and, MATARAT policy framework.
Ensure all relevant functions are compliant with, and are familiar with, Dammam Airports Company
safety standards and the Safety Management System, as well as their responsibilities under national and international safety regulations
Produce detailed reports on the results of inspections and investigations, share recommendations with impacted internal and external stakeholders, and monitor compliance with remedial actions mandated in the report.
Work with the SHE division to develop the SHE Plan for the airport in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct safety review meetings with key stakeholders.
Develop customized safety reports and performance metrics.
Develop and oversee the implementation of Airside Safety training, working with HR.
Oversee the approval and review of safety certifications for Airside areas.

Engineering or equivalent Professional qualification in Airside Safety Management
