Operational Excellence:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Smart Technologies & Innovation unit, ensuring all projects meet their objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks and ensure that data and digital channels are secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
- Oversee the development and management of data warehouses, machine learning models, and data analytics tools to drive actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Ensure the smooth operation of digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other customer touchpoints, with a focus on optimizing user experience.
- Drive the integration of smart airport technologies, including IoT, automation, and other cutting-edge solutions, to improve operational efficiency and enhance passenger experiences.
- Monitor and optimize system performance for all smart technology solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and user satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, marketing, and customer service, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Engage with external vendors and service providers, managing contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Work closely with senior leadership and executive teams to ensure strategic alignment of technology initiatives with broader business goals.

- Develop and manage budgets for all smart technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and ROI for smart technology projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities and maximizing value.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry-specific regulatory requirements across all digital platforms.
- Implement best practices for technology deployment and data management, ensuring consistency, security, and quality across all units.
- Lead risk management efforts, identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology implementation and operations.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Drive innovation across all smart technology areas, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
- Explore emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and IoT, and assess their applicability to the organization’s goals.
- Lead R&D efforts, piloting new tools and technologies that can enhance digital capabilities, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
