Smart Airport Technologies Senior Manager

Strategic Leadership:

1. Lead the strategic development and implementation of smart technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and the organization’s digital transformation strategy.
2. Oversee the planning and execution of initiatives across Data Warehouse & Machine Learning, Digital Channels, Digital Research & Innovation, and Smart Airport Technologies.
3. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and value creation for the organization.

Operational Excellence:

6. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Smart Technologies & Innovation unit, ensuring all projects meet their objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
7. Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks and ensure that data and digital channels are secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
8. Oversee the development and management of data warehouses, machine learning models, and data analytics tools to drive actionable insights and support business decision-making.
9. Ensure the smooth operation of digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other customer touchpoints, with a focus on optimizing user experience.
10. Drive the integration of smart airport technologies, including IoT, automation, and other cutting-edge solutions, to improve operational efficiency and enhance passenger experiences.
11. Monitor and optimize system performance for all smart technology solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and user satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management:

12. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, operations, marketing, and customer service, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
13. Engage with external vendors and service providers, managing contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs.
14. Work closely with senior leadership and executive teams to ensure strategic alignment of technology initiatives with broader business goals.
15. Maintain strong relationships with external regulators and ensure that all smart technology solutions comply with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.

Financial Management:

16. Develop and manage budgets for all smart technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
17. Monitor expenditures and ROI for smart technology projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities and maximizing value.

18. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry-specific regulatory requirements across all digital platforms.
19. Implement best practices for technology deployment and data management, ensuring consistency, security, and quality across all units.
20. Lead risk management efforts, identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology implementation and operations.

21. Drive innovation across all smart technology areas, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
22. Explore emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and IoT, and assess their applicability to the organization’s goals.
23. Lead R&D efforts, piloting new tools and technologies that can enhance digital capabilities, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
24. Implement continuous feedback loops for the Digital Channels, Data Warehouse & Machine Learning, and Smart Airport Technologies teams, encouraging innovation and iterative improvements.
