- Lead the implementation of data governance frameworks and ensure that data and digital channels are secure, efficient, and compliant with industry standards.
- Oversee the development and management of data warehouses, machine learning models, and data analytics tools to drive actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Ensure the smooth operation of digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other customer touchpoints, with a focus on optimizing user experience.
- Drive the integration of smart airport technologies, including IoT, automation, and other cutting-edge solutions, to improve operational efficiency and enhance passenger experiences.
