Identify the best available talents in the market using various tools and channels to find and attract those talents. Set the groundwork for an effective hiring process, ensuring that recruiters have access to the best talents available.  

2. Position Accountability Description 

Sourcing Strategy and Planning  

1. Develop effective sourcing strategies by collaborating with TA team.  

1. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment and sourcing plans based on DACO’s manpower needs and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  

1. Collaborate with various departments to identify talent gaps and predict future manpower requirement. 

1. Identify talent sources though professional networks, social media, and other sourcing platforms.

   
   Skills:
   - Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
   - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies
   - Ability to conduct effective screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
   - Solid knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
   - Organization skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
   - Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely candidate tracking and documentation
   - Strong negotiation skills to secure the best candidates for open positions
