Job Description

Job Purpose:

 

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Develop long-term recruiting strategies in line with Dammam Airports Company business plans and needs.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement recruitment policies and processes, and continuously improve recruitment process with HR and corporate strategies and plans.
  • Handle all recruitment activities related to recruiting new employees for all Dammam Airports
  • divisions/departments with respect to the following activities: Sourcing, Screening, Testing and Selection, Interviewing, and execution onboarding program for a new employee.
  • Identify the best recruitment sources and advise the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist on suitable recruitment channels.
  • Perform sourcing activities for suitable candidates against vacant positions and receive all the job applications and CVs, sort based on each profession and store in the Dammam
  • Airports Company database for retrieval as and when required.
  • Perform screening of job applications and CVs for basic compliance with position qualifications and summarize CVs to ease the evaluation process performed by the Dammam Airports Company division/department heads.
  • Organize and schedule interviews for potential new recruits with the Dammam Airports Company
  • Division/department heads and the appointed Interviewing Committee and ensure obtaining feedback on each candidate.
  • Support in the short-listing process of potential new recruits and candidates and compilation of
  • standard recruitment documents.
  • Prepare draft employment acceptance and rejection letters for selected candidates in coordination with the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist.
  • Update the recruitment database to ensure all data is accurate and comprehensive, in line with Dammam Airports Company data management standards.
  • Prepare welcoming letter, provide employee handbook, provide employee gift box, create employee profile for new hire in the HR- ERP system, welcoming presentation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc will be assigned as per work requirement.

Skills Description

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience.
